Every consultancy in 2026 is using AI and most of them are quiet about it. We would rather tell you, in writing, and be held to it.
AI is a tool. A good one. It writes code faster than a person can type, it spots patterns in data that would take days to find by hand, and it has changed what a one person consultancy can deliver for a small business. What it is not is a substitute for understanding your business, and it is not an excuse to hand you something nobody has checked. These are the commitments that follow from that.
We tell you where AI was used
If AI wrote a component, generated a schema or drafted an analysis, we will say so when you ask. You will never find out later that something you paid for was produced by a tool we did not mention.
A person is accountable for every line
AI produces the first draft. A human reads it, tests it and takes responsibility for it. If something we shipped breaks, the answer is never that the tool got it wrong.
AI does not make decisions about your business
It produces analysis. Reading that analysis against what we know about how you actually operate is our job, and it happens before anything reaches you. You will never receive a recommendation that no human has thought about.
We will tell you when software is not the answer
The fastest way to sell more software is to recommend more software. If the honest answer is a spreadsheet, a process change, or doing nothing for six months, that is what we will say.
Faster does not mean we charge you for time we did not spend
AI has made building custom software dramatically cheaper than it was three years ago. Our prices reflect that. We quote for the value of the finished system and the thinking behind it, not for hours we no longer need to work.
